GooSync is down

Вредная всё-таки вещь эти праздники. Пока они там отмечают Рождество, сервис уже вторые сутки не работает. Платный сервис, между прочим. И никакой реакции от саппорта, вообще. Эй, GooSync, привет!?

  2. А ещё чехи в http://olimex.com/dev/ хорошо отдыхают =) Они в декабре 11 дней работали =)

    А потом говорят что в России праздников слишком много %)

  3. Goosync в итоге заработал после 2 суток простоя, и до сих пор никакого ответа от поддержки!

    Hi,

    Please accept our apologies for the GooSync downtime over the Christmas period.

    It appears that we experienced an issue with the database server not responding. This prevented the main site server and the sync server from accessing the database (and therefore causing the failures on the site and during the sync).

    Unfortunately, as it happened during the Christmas break, it took longer to deal with the issue than if it was during a normal work period. The service was brought back online as soon as possible.

    We are investigating ways of improving performance on the GooSync servers so this situation cannot happen again.

  5. После чего 6 января у меня опять перестала работать синхронизация.

    Hi,

    Please accept our apologies for the recent connection and
    synchronisation issues when using the GooSync service.

    Our development team are investigating what may be causing these issues
    so we can get them resolved.

    The service is now back up and running (as of 10:30 GMT) so please
    attempt to synchronise again.

    If you are still experiencing issues please get back to us, providing
    your GooSync username, and we will investigate further.
