Printing the maps from within Internet Explorer or Netscape Navagator
may not produce the best quality of maps for you. It is recommended that
you save the maps to your hard drive (Shift-Click), and then print them
with a third party program. Programs like Microsoft Photo Editor is very
good at printing the maps. Open MS PE and then load the map you wish to
print. Goto File-Print (Note: Some maps are printed better in landscape
mode). Click the "Fit to Page" check box (if already checked, click it
twice to reset the scaling). Click OK and you should have a map that is
nice and easier to read then those printed directly from your internet
browser. It is possible to use any word processor to print the maps also;
but quality may not be what it should be. |
