The Haunt is the inn in the Mire of the Damned. It's the northern most building with the door facing north. The dwarf in the inn gives you a quest.
The dwarf king will give you the Snergle's Axe Quest. To open the door in Snergle's Cavern, you will need a key located in Snergle's Iron Mine in Mire of the Damned, south of the circus. The Haunt is a Bar in the Northern part of the town of Darkmoor. The King will also give you Master Axe Training once you finish the quest (and are an expert already).
