| Uh oh, you are in big trouble. The amber is needed to complete the
firelord quest, which makes the Crystal Skull available (it's needed later
on in Tomb of Varn). There is a chance that the amber-containing chests
will re-pop after a year, but if you aren't far enough along, you might
want to start over. I haven't found any other place to get amber.
On the bright side, you only need 2 pieces of amber to do the quest,
and there are at least 6 pieces available in the dungeon. Maybe you missed
some?
Note, you don't need the crystal skull from here in the Tomb of Varn.
You can get another skull in the tomb in a chest (in the small room off
of the main Fire Door chamber). This chest also contained the fire door
key. |
